Your satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we are here to help.

Return Eligibility

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date, provided that:

  • The product is unused and in its original, unopened condition
  • The original packaging is intact
  • Proof of purchase is provided

For hygiene and safety reasons, we are unable to accept returns on opened or used skincare products unless the item is faulty or damaged upon arrival.

Damaged or Faulty Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receipt with your order number and photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please contact us via our Contact page with your order number and reason for return. Our team will guide you through the process and provide a return shipping address.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you would like a different product, please return the original item and place a new order.
